Sky enjoyed the lions share of the digital TV market for years with Virgin Media seen as 2nd best. But all this was about to change, when Virgin Media launched TiVo. We believed it was the best way to watch TV ever. So to prove it we invited the audience to decide for themselves using the thumbs up and thumbs down button, in a fully integrated campaign. Using their data to convert interest into sales.

And it worked,195,000 people switched from Sky in just 3 months. And 1 in 4 customers upgraded. With NPS scores increasing to an all time high of +30%
